1. Return Period We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, the playing cards must be in their original, unopened condition.

• The cellophane wrap (cello) and any custom seals must be intact and undamaged.

• Due to the collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for decks that have been opened or used.

3. Return Shipping & Packaging

• Shipping Costs: The customer (sender) is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Packaging Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring the items are packed securely for the return journey. We recommend using a sturdy cardboard box and protective padding, similar to how the order was originally sent.

• Damage During Return: Noir Arts is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return transit. If the item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, a refund may be denied.

4. Refund Process Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the items for any damage or signs of use.

• Approval: If the return is approved, we will process a refund for the cost of the product only (excluding original shipping charges).

• Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. How to Initiate a Return To start a return process, please contact us via contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary return address in Ukraine.
