Shipping & Delivery

1. Global Shipping via Ukrposhta

All orders are dispatched from Ukraine using Ukrposhta, the national postal operator. Once your package crosses the border, it is handled by the national postal service of the destination country (e.g., USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, La Poste in France, etc.).

2. Tracking Your Order

Every order is shipped with a Tracking Number. You are responsible for monitoring your shipment’s progress to ensure successful delivery. You can track your package using the following options:

  • Origin Tracking: The official Ukrposhta international tracking page here.

  • Local Tracking: The official website of your local national postal service once the package enters your country.

3. Delivery Terms & Local Logistics

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Generally 10–30 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

  • Customs & Delays: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections. We have no control over customs delays or any import duties/taxes applied by your country.

  • Local Delivery Variations: Delivery practices vary by country. In some regions, tracking may not update in real-time, or local carriers may not send arrival notifications. Some services may leave a notice for pickup at the nearest post office instead of door-to-door delivery. Noir Arts cannot control or regulate the internal operations of foreign postal services.

4. Eco-Friendly Packaging

We care about the environment as much as we care about your cards.

  • Safe Delivery: All orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure your decks arrive in perfect condition.

  • Sustainability: We are proud to be an eco-friendly brand. We use recycled materials and, whenever possible, reuse high-quality packaging materials to reduce waste. By choosing Noir Arts, you support sustainable practices.

5. Responsibility & Re-shipping

  • Monitoring: It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the tracking information. If a package is not collected in time, it may be automatically returned to Ukraine.

  • Unclaimed Packages: Noir Arts is not responsible for delayed deliveries or packages returned due to being “Unclaimed” or “Incorrect Address.”

  • Return Shipping: In the event that a package is returned to us, the recipient must pay the shipping fee again to have the order re-sent.
